SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
For products available in stock, we ensure dispatch within 24 to 48 hours.
However, for selected items that fall under our Pre-Order section, please note:
- These products are clearly marked as 'Pre-Order' in the product description.
- Pre-order items typically take 15 to 25 days to be delivered, as they are often made to-order and crafted with care to maintain our quality standards.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
1. Return Policy
We do not offer returns if you change your mind or do not like the product after delivery. However, we encourage you to take advantage of the following services before placing an order:
- Live Video Calls: Message us on Instagram or WhatsApp to view the product in real time.
- Packaging Photos: We provide unfiltered pictures of your product during packing, also available in our Instagram Highlights.
- Customer Reviews and Images: Browse real feedback from customers in our Customer Reviews section on Instagram.
2. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges only if you receive a damaged/wrong product.
📌 In exceptional cases, exchanges may be accepted at our discretion, depending on the situation. Please note that approval is not guaranteed.
Pls Note: To qualify for return/ exchange, you must share a complete unboxing video (from start to finish) within 24 hours of receiving the order.
If we do not receive the video within this time, your request will not be eligible for exchange or refund.
If Exchange Is Approved as an Exception
In the rare event that an exchange is approved as an exception, the following conditions must be strictly met:
- The product must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging
- All tags, accessories, and original materials must be intact and unaltered.
If we receive a product that is used, damaged, or not in its original condition, the exchange request will be declined, the item will be returned to you, and shipping charges will apply
If any damage occurs during unboxing by the customer, Margerita is not responsible, and no exchange or credit note will be issued.
3. Reverse Pickup & Charges
If your exchange request is approved:
- A Rs. 280 minimum charge will be applied for reverse pickup and re-delivery.
- The product must be securely packed and ready when the courier attempts pickup.
- The third-party courier will attempt pickup twice. If both fail, you must send the parcel to our warehouse at your own cost.
- If reverse pickup is not available at your pincode, the customer would have to ship the product back to us using the address on the package. This cost is borne by the customer.
4. Refund Processing
- Refunds (if applicable) are initiated only after the returned product has been reviewed and approved by our quality team.
- Margerita holds the right to reject any return/exchange request based on the condition of the product received.
Pls note: All refunds or approved exchanges are processed in the form of a credit note (store credit), valid for future purchases.
We do not issue refunds to bank accounts or original payment methods.
5. Response Time and Working Hours
Once your request is received, our team will respond within 24–48 business hours via email.
📩 Note: We are closed on weekends, and emails received during that time will be addressed on the next working day.
6. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement / before the shipment is dispatched.
- To cancel email us with your order details and reason for cancellation.
- Once approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days only as credit note.

PARTIAL COD POLICY
We understand that some customers prefer the flexibility of Cash on Delivery. To ensure a smooth and secure experience, we offer Partial COD as an option.
To confirm a COD order, we require a 10% advance, which will be fully adjusted against your total order value at the time of delivery.
Please note:
- The 10% advance is non-refundable in case the order is refused at the time of delivery or returned to us (RTO) for any reason.
- This policy helps cover the two-way shipping and handling costs associated with COD orders.
- We’ve implemented Partial COD to ensure that all orders are genuine and to maintain efficient processing for our customers.
