1. What is Partial COD?

Partial COD allows customers to pay a small, advance amount at the time of placing the order. The remaining balance is payable upon delivery.

2. Non-Refundable Partial Payment

The partial COD amount paid at checkout is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, including (but not limited to):

• The customer refusing or failing to accept the parcel at the time of delivery.

• The customer being unavailable or unreachable during delivery attempts.

• Incorrect address or contact information provided by the customer.

• Change of mind after the order has been dispatched.

3. Why Is the Partial COD Amount Non-Refundable?

The advance partial payment is collected to:

• Cover processing, packing, and shipping costs.

• Prevent fake or non-serious COD orders.

• Ensure smooth and reliable order flow.

4. Customer Responsibility

Customers must ensure that:

• The provided address and contact number are accurate and reachable.

• They are available to accept the parcel on the scheduled delivery date.

• Any special delivery instructions are communicated in advance.

5. Cancellation Policy for Partial COD Orders

• Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.

• After 2 hours, the order cannot be cancelled, and the partial payment will remain non-refundable.

6. Re-Delivery Requests

In case the customer wants the order re-shipped after refusing or missing the first delivery, full prepayment will be required for the next shipment.
